Chiropractic Care in Nampa
Chiropractic care should be as individual as the person receiving it. Nampa Chiropractor Dr. Zach Reidinger, DC, takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing, how your body is moving, and what may be contributing to the problem.
Whether you’re dealing with back or neck pain, recovering from an injury, staying active, or seeking help for your family, True North Chiropractic and Wellness tailors recommendations to your needs.
Gonstead Adjustments Guided by Your Examination
Our chiropractor’s approach is grounded in the Gonstead System, a detailed method for evaluating the spine to determine where an adjustment may be needed.
Examination findings may include posture, motion palpation, static palpation for swelling, instrumentation, and X-ray analysis when clinically appropriate. These findings guide decisions about where and how to adjust, rather than routinely adjusting the same areas for every patient.
Extremity Adjusting and Functional Movement
Dr Zach holds an advanced certification through the International Board of Extremity Chiropractors (IBEC). This training allows him to evaluate joints outside the spine, including the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and jaw.
Functional movement assessment and corrective exercises may also be incorporated to address mobility restrictions, weakness, or movement patterns. Shoulder pain, for example, may involve the shoulder itself or be influenced by the neck or upper back. When planning treatment, the goal is to look beyond where it hurts to find the source.

Conditions We Commonly See
People visit our practice for concerns such as:
- Low back pain and sciatica

An examination helps determine whether chiropractic care or a referral to another provider is appropriate.
Services Tailored to Your Needs and Goals
Gonstead Chiropractic Care forms the foundation of our approach, with Advanced Extremity Adjusting extending the evaluation to joints beyond the spine. Functional Movement assessments help identify restrictions or movement patterns that may guide exercise recommendations.
Different stages of life call for different considerations. Pregnancy Chiropractic includes the Webster Technique, while Pediatric Chiropractic adapts the examination and musculoskeletal treatment to the age and needs of infants, children, and teens. Sports Chiropractic combines adjustments with movement and extremity assessments for athletes and active adults. Auto Accident Care considers the details of the collision and the affected areas before making recommendations.
Nutrition guidance offers another opportunity to discuss everyday habits. Recommendations are based on your findings and goals, with each service explained so you know why it may be included.
Massage and Shockwave Therapy Options
Sometimes adjustments are only one part of the plan. Massage Therapy may address muscle tension, mobility, and soft tissue restrictions. Shockwave Therapy may be considered for certain tendon and soft tissue conditions, depending on your examination findings.
