Dr. Zach Reidinger, DC

Dr. Zachary Reidinger brings knowledge, skill, and faithful compassion to True North Chiropractic and Wellness.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, Texas and has since remained committed to ongoing training. Specializing in Gonstead, he has completed over 300 hours of Gonstead clinical study, technique practice, and X-ray analysis. Dr. Zach also holds an advanced certification through the International Board of Extremity Chiropractors (IBEC). This training has allowed him to help various injuries to the shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, jaws, and nose.

Dedicated to comprehensive care, Dr. Zach offers safe, natural health care to patients of all ages and walks of life.

Heather Reidinger, CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator

Heather is a CAPPA certified Childbirth Educator with a passion for providing women with the knowledge, skills, and encouragement they need to prepare them for pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. After witnessing a birth when she was just five years old, she fell in love with the birth process and specifically home birth. It is her great desire and goal that every woman be provided with personalized, evidence-based, unbiased information that empowers them to make informed decisions about their birth choices and experiences.

Heather is a stay-at-home mom of her four beautiful children, and is currently working to obtain her CPST certification.

In her free time, Heather loves spending quality time with her family and friends, trying out new recipes, golfing, and serving at her church.

Lauryn Windsor, RMT

As a certified massage therapist with focused experience in post-accident and post-injury care, Lauryn aims to help clients recover and regain mobility through myofascial work, deep tissue techniques, range of motion stretching, and supported movements. Lauryn’s approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, combining therapeutic relaxation with an understanding of the body’s healing process.

She has certifications in manual lymphatic drainage, informed trauma therapy, and has worked closely with chiropractors and other practitioners for clients with acute injuries, illnesses, and the full spectrum of chronic pain. She aims to provide a supportive environment for your recovery journey.

With a decade of experience in corporate healthcare, Monica is dedicated to supporting the success of small businesses and enhancing patient care. As a certified clinical medical assistant, she has cultivated a deep understanding of patient needs and the importance of compassionate support throughout their health journeys.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Monica brings five years of experience in health records management, showcasing her exceptional organizational and administrative skills. She believes that effective patient care begins with clear communication and a well-structured system, ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and valued.

Recently, she moved to Idaho from Pennsylvania with her husband, embracing the new opportunities and experiences this beautiful state has to offer. Guided by her faith as a follower of Jesus, she approaches care with a commitment to support and compassion.

Natalie, Front Desk

Natalie is thrilled to be moving back home to Idaho after two years away to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. With a focus on Health and Wellness Promotion, she combines her academic background with deep practical experience in clinical operations and patient care. Her expertise spans both front and back-office responsibilities, from managing complex patient ledgers to performing X-ray imaging and coordinating care for all cases.

Natalie excels at ensuring clinical workflows run smoothly so that every patient feels supported. She is passionate about health literacy and is committed to creating a welcoming, organized environment where every individual receives the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.
